Jennifer Andersen

My name is Jennifer (Jenny) Andersen. I am married to my husband, Justin, and we have three children named Harper (10), Liam (7), and Everly (5). We also have two dogs named Migo and Sadie. I love running, hiking, reading, rollerblading, paddle-boarding, and doing puzzles. My favorite sport is gymnastics. One fun fact about me is that I can say the alphabet backwards!

I have been teaching for sixteen years (14 years in third grade). I have a master’s degree in education and am certified in Elementary Education, Middle Grades-Math, ESOL, and Gifted Education. I believe every child is unique and learns differently. I am committed to using my skills and training to help every child grow and succeed. It is also my intent to create a classroom culture in which every child is valued and seen as an important part of our class family!
