Mrs. Ferguson

Hello, my name is Amanda Ferguson.  I am a native of Habersham County, and I am married to Larry Ferguson. We both grew up in Habersham and love raising our family here.  We have two sons together. Hank is 18 and will graduate this year from Habersham Central and Whit is 14 and a student at the Ninth Grade Academy. We truly love living in the beautiful North Georgia mountains, and I enjoy teaching 2nd grade at Hazel Grove. I have been teaching elementary school for 21 years (17 years in 2nd grade.) I have a bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia in child and family development and a master's degree in early elementary education from Piedmont College.
